7. Details number of books in the library, referred Journals subscribed to, and addition, if any, in the last quarter .
8. Details of instructional facilities such as laboratory and library .
9. Details affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly attested By oath commissioner or notary public as per mentioned in section 8(5) of NCTE Regulation, 2014 .
10. Details balance sheet as on the last date of the financial year .
11. Details income and expenditure account for the financial year 2018-19 .
12. Details receipt and payment account for the financial year 2018-19 (FDR).
13. Details of biometric data updated on website of the institution on weekly basis.
